Our skin is oxidising

Oxidisation occurs inside our bodies on a daily basis, and is fought off by our body's own anti-oxidants. However, as we age, our ability to produce anti-oxidants diminishes, and oxidisation gets out of balance. The Country of Japan is clinically ahead of the rest of the world when it comes to Molecular Hydrogen health. In 2021 a study was performed with 5 Japanese subjects, aged between 49 - 66 years of age, to investigate the effects of Hydrogen rich water on the cosmetological state of the skin.

Results of the study
Effect of improving wrinkles
For every subject, wrinkles became narrow, shallow, faint or disappeared after Hydrogen Water Bathing.
Effect of reducing blotches
Hydrogen water was found to bring out significant improvements in all 23 examined blotches of the study.
Skin Oiliness
During the study, subjects were also assessed for skin oiliness. Interestingly, "the Hydrogen Water application was found to make the oil-poor skin gain oiliness, but inversely, the oily skin was altered to less-oily or moderate skin".
