• Yes, we are a NZ based company invested in the health and wellbeing of fellow Kiwis.
• We work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure we offer the highest quality products.  However if at any stage you have an issue with one of our products, we are here to help you and offer the service you deserve.

• Hydrogen products have come a long way over the past few years.  Some companies still offer the Generation 1 products that do not offer a 'proton exchange membrane' (PEM).  This membrane is essential to ensure you are only drinking 99.9% pure hydrogen rich water, and do not drink any harmful chlorine or residual ozone.  HydroGenix uses the latest PEM technology to ensure a completely safe drinking water.

• If you are new to drinking hydrogen water, we recommend you start slowly to see how your body responds.
• 1 bottle a day for the first few days.
• Once you are comfortable with drinking the water, most of our clients drink around 4-8 bottles a day.
• There are no risks of drinking too much Hydrogen water as the body will discharge any excess.  However everything in moderation is a good rule to follow.

• In all cases we recommend you use a filtered or purified water to help remove chlorines and other toxins from your water source.
• If using the 1500ppb water bottle, you do have the option of using regular tap water.
• If using the 3000ppb water bottle, you must use filtered water to help protect the sensitive membranes within the hydrogen producing mechanism.

This exhaust vent allows for the discharge of Chlorine and Ozone gases. PEM technology removes these harmful substances, producing only the richest of Hydrogen drinking water possible.
